What can I say, it`s fight against drugs, extremism and pedophelia. But not clear, why poker... Seems, someone decide to kill our hobby or for a lot of us lifestyle. I agree with some restrictions in gamble. 12 years ago a lot of workers lose all savings and wages in casinos and slot machines. But that`s why russians has a big itch money without any invests or labour.
And goverment tryes to save them. They clap gamble in 4 fare fare towns... And we have a huge shadow banking system now. Plus, this is a great feeder for police, mafia and usurers. And State lost big taxpayers. I work in a big casino in Saint-Petersburg about 7 years in 1994 - 2001. And I have a notion about sums, which our city had from gambling. Now, Montenegro has that dollars, where casino mooved. As for me, more usefull to start to propagandize healthy lifestyle, sport, family. As that was in Finland. They put money in ski tracks, BBQ places, cycle roads e.t.c. and said:"You can gamble, but look around, how much interesting things in our country!"
And a lot people changed...
Russia growing a new forbidden fruit. And I say nothing about right of a man and freedom of speech...
But it`s good, that PS and FT programms work and Pokertracker shows HUD))
We had blocking poker sites by some providers, but cliet programms we can find on torrents sites, other nesessary soft we can buy))
