Pure radiance of cold mind

Last week read about prepearing to poker session. It recommend to think befor you start play about strategy, tables, how to play e.t.c. Autor recommended spend about half an hour on this, not less.
So, decide to check. Usually, I start with one table and increased as able. But today I ready. And, while smoking cigarett, decided to start with 3-4 tables on low limits and 1-2 MTT.
And started...
One hour later, I found myselfe at one only table MTT, as I busted other... In 1,5 hour last table was lost.
So... damn preparation...
Later, analizing stats in Pokertracker, I found soooo muuuuuch mistakes, as didn`t see long time. All leaks, wich I erased come back.
What is it?
I sure, it`s my preparation. 100%!!! If I spent not 5-10 minutes, if I thought half an hour, I do not start to play 3-4 tables. And as I saw in stats of first hours of every session, my decisions in that time are fare from ideal. Think, adrenaline and rests of other thoughts interfere Pure radiance of my cold mind.
Advice to you, Dearest. If you want to be a Pro in poker, keep calm and clear your mind before Game.
